SO SAD! BY MOMCAT

Recently some friends told me about an experience they had while walking their dog in a local forest preserve. They spotted two rabbits. Two domestic rabbits that had obviously been set free in the forest preserve.

I went to the place where the photo was taken, several times, but with no luck in finding the bunnies. They appear to be Netherland Dwarf rabbits, like Digger was. The poor little things have probably gone to Rainbow Bridge, I know, but I was still hopefull when I searched for them.

What terrible people, to have turned them out like that. I can only wish them very bad luck.

The pet portraits are going well and I've started doing some in color using pastels. Great fun!
