WATER COLOR--By Elmo

This is the first water color mom has done in quite a long time. And she painted it from the pastel she did for a customer. How about that? Mom really enjoyed working with the new medium and she's thinking of actually offering water color as an option for customers. First she says she has to find something she really likes to paint the portraits on. She's currently trying different papers, and illustration board to see which one she likes the best.

Maybe mom will even do a water color of me! Has to be after I get a haircut, though.

Mom is expanding her artwork to include watercolor now! She's been watching various TV art shows and one of her favorite ones does watercolor. Now mom is trying it out and enjoying what she is doing! Stay in touch because mom is going to put the water color artwork here in the blog so you all can see it too!

Mom says if she really takes up watercolor seriously, she may be adding it to the pet portrait offering. So there will be pencil, pastel and watercolor for people to choose from! How about that? Maybe she'll even do a watercolor of me!
