Everyone who rides a bicycle should have to pass a test just like people who drive cars! No one seems to follow the rule: RIDE WITH TRAFFIC, WALK AGAINST. Besides that, bicylce traffic is supposed to follow the same rules as vehicles. That means OBEYING traffic control devices! Yet these people do not! They ride right through stop signs and then glare at people who almost run into them. Both mom and auntie have had this experience recently. This is one close encounter neither of them want to have!
